Avoid the Super Bowl Hangover

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Foods at parties are tempting you everywhere you turn from queso dip to fried chicken wings often leading to stomach aches and a plate of unnecessary calories.

An estimated 1.5 million people will call in sick the Monday after the Super Bowl.
